"Employer” is a term that in terms of these Terms of Use refers to any natural and/or legal person who uses the site https://europe.recruiter.hr for finding a performer and/or executor for a certain job position.

"Job Seeker” is a term that in terms of these Terms of Use refers to any natural person who uses the site https://europe.recruiter.hr as an intermediary in employment.

Use of Website

You hereby voluntarily accept the Terms of Use. If you have been assigned a user identification code, password or other information that is part of security procedures, you must keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties. Each user is obliged to use content and services on the site in accordance with these Terms. Also, each user undertakes not to collect or process any type sensitive information. If we determine that you have not complied with these provisions, we reserve the right to disable your user identification code and/or password.

We also do not take responsibility for data provided in Employer's advertisements. The website may contain links to other websites. Recruiter.hr does not take responsibility for safety, data protection and content of these websites. Recruiter.hr reserves the right to remove or change content on the website without prior notice.
