Employers have the option of unlimited posting of job ads on the Selekcija.hr portal, if they are users of the following platforms: Selekcija.hr, Recruiter.hr, Recruiter.ba or Recruiter.rs. Although the primary activity of Selekcija.hr is not job advertisement, it was created in response to the client's needs for a one-time preparation of advertisements that can then be published on various portals specialized in job searching. In this way, in order to help its clients reach employees as efficiently and effectively as possible, Selekcija.hr enabled the automation and redirection of candidate applications from different sources into only one group in the talent platform - ATS. The aforementioned eliminates the possibility of candidates' applications being lost or forgotten in a sea of folders and excel tables. Job vacancies published on Selekcija.hr are ranked among the top 5 most visited job search sites, as seen by both clients and job candidates across the region and beyond. Apart from Croatia, Selekcija.hr or Recruiter.hr is also used in Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, South America and Mexico. In cooperation with the partner organization, the services of Selekcija.hr are also used by organizations in Italy and Spain.
